Returns
How do I return my item?

To request a return, log in to your lessden.shop account, go to My Orders, and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Click on the Return Items option and follow the instructions in the return portal.

Select the product you want to return, choose the reason for the return, and follow the instructions to arrange collection or print a return label for the nearest drop-off point.

How long will my refund take once my item is returned?

Once the courier collects your parcel, it usually arrives back to us within 2–4 working days. After we inspect and approve the return, your refund will be processed.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Processing normally takes 5–10 working days.

When will the refund appear in my account?

The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider. In most cases it takes up to 72 hours, but please allow up to 10 working days.

Can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item you no longer wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.

Shipping
When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected during checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown during the ordering process.

Our delivery partner will provide updates and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

I think there is a problem with my delivery. What should I do?

If your order is still within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow time for it to arrive.

 with your order number and tracking number, and our team will assist you.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

You may contact the courier directly to check for updates regarding your parcel.

What if I am not at home to receive the delivery?

Depending on the courier, you may be able to choose options such as:

• safe place delivery
• delivery to a neighbour
• collection from a local pickup point

These options vary depending on the courier and your location.

Please note that if you choose safe place delivery or neighbour delivery, responsibility for the parcel transfers once the delivery has been completed.

How do I cancel my order?

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may follow our return process once the item has been delivered.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact admin@lessden.shop
 within 30 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the product and packaging, and keep all original packaging materials.

Packaging
How will my order arrive?

Your order will be delivered in secure packaging designed to protect your items, such as clips, hangers, ceramic plant pots, plastic plant pots and ceramic mugs.

I ordered multiple items and need additional packaging. What should I do?

Stock Availability
Is a product available before ordering?

Product availability is displayed on the product page. If an item is out of stock, you may check back later as inventory may be updated.

Does lessden.shop offer a product guarantee?

We aim to provide quality products. If a manufacturing defect occurs, please contact our Customer Care team with proof of purchase and details of the issue so we can review the situation.
