Refund policy

You can request a free return for goods you have purchased on lessden.shop up to 30 days after receiving your order for all full priced goods, or 14 days after for sale items.

All returns must be in perfect condition and come with their original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on items that are scratched, damaged, or that are not returned in their undamaged original packaging. Unfortunately, in these situations, the items will be returned to you at your own cost.

Products such as clips, hangers, ceramic plant pots, plastic plant pots and ceramic mugs must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please handle the product carefully while checking it and avoid any damage or marks. Items must be securely packaged when returning them to avoid damage during transit.

Products cannot be returned after a Sticker has been applied to them. This includes if you have changed your mind regarding your purchase or during the 14 days following an online order. Gifts which have a Sticker applied to them cannot be returned. Your right to return the product ends once the Sticker has been applied (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Once personalisation or modification has been applied to the product, the product cannot be returned. This includes if the customer changes their mind following purchase or if the item is received as an unwanted gift. If the customer chooses to cancel the contract which includes personalisation within 14 days, payment will still be taken if the personalisation has already been completed. No return, refund or credit is possible. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Arrange A Free Return

To return an order, you can arrange a collection, request a label for drop-off or return the order following our return instructions.

To arrange a return, you need to request it through the order section of your account.

Generate Your Return

Log in to your account, go to My Orders and view the order you wish to return items from.

Within the order, click on the Return Items button which will take you to our returns portal.

Select the products you wish to return and the reason from the drop-down list.

You can then choose your preferred return method and either arrange collection or print a label for your nearest drop-off point.

If you do not have a lessden.shop account, you will need to activate one. Simply go to the activate account page, enter the email address used for your last order and you will receive an email allowing you to set a password.

Once you have created a password you will be able to access your account and request a return following the process above. You will also be able to save and update your account details and subscription preferences.

Return To A Store

You may be able to return goods to selected partner locations in the United Kingdom. Please contact our Customer Care team to confirm if a return location is available for you.

If returning goods in person, our team will assist you with the return process.

Refunds

Once the courier has collected the package, the return should normally arrive within 2-4 working days.

We will notify you once your return has been received and processed. You will be able to track the status of your return through your account section.

When we receive and accept your return we will refund the amount via the original payment method used for the order.

You will receive a return confirmation email and you may also download a credit note from your account.

Refunds usually appear within 72 hours after processing, although some payment providers may take up to 10 working days to complete the transaction.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item you no longer wish to keep and place a new order.

lessden.shop Product Guarantee (Care Policy)

We take pride in the quality and design of all products sold on lessden.shop. We strive to ensure that every product meets high standards of quality.

In the unlikely event that a product does not meet these standards, we will work to resolve the issue.

If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered within 12 months of purchase, you may return the product with proof of purchase and we will review the issue. Depending on the situation, the item may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of lessden.shop. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents or improper handling is not covered under our repair policy. However, where possible we may provide a quote for repair if the product can be repaired.

If goods are damaged during airline or transport handling, the matter should be reported to the relevant transport authority before leaving the terminal, as they may be responsible for replacement costs.
