UK Standard Delivery
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 5 working days following dispatch.
Orders placed after 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day and delivered within 5 working days following dispatch.
Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.
Dispatch timings may vary during sale periods or busy trading times.
UK Same Day Delivery
Delivery addresses within selected areas of London may be eligible for same day delivery on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Saturday will be dispatched the following working day.
Availability of same day delivery may depend on courier capacity and delivery location.
Additional Delivery Information
Please allow 1–2 additional working days for processing during busy periods.
For certain locations or high demand periods, please allow 3–5 additional working days for delivery.
Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or qualifying orders.
Where applicable, this will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched.
Our delivery partner will provide tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your order.
Deliveries are generally made between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
Couriers may record delivery details and location to ensure secure delivery of your order.
Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to:
• Parcel collection lockers or parcel motels
• PO Boxes (unless supported by the courier)
• Hotels or temporary accommodation addresses in some cases

Payments & Taxes
Sales taxes and duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and will appear on your order invoice.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs charges for deliveries outside the United Kingdom.

Payment Method
Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only accepted payment method on lessden.shop.
Orders placed using Cash on Delivery may be subject to order verification to ensure genuine purchases and to prevent misuse of the service.
Please provide accurate contact details including a valid phone number and delivery address during checkout.
Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders with incomplete or unverified information may be delayed or cancelled.
Payment must be made in full cash to the delivery courier at the time of delivery.
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of lessden.shop until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered.
lessden.shop is responsible for the goods until delivery has been completed.
Once the goods have been delivered, responsibility for the items transfers to the customer.
Insurance & Lost Goods
All goods are insured during transit against theft or accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer.
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of placing your order.
We will work with the courier to conduct a full investigation.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery.
You must keep all original packaging including the outer shipping box and internal packaging materials.
Missing Items
If there is a discrepancy in your order contents, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.
Safe Place Deliveries
If you have selected a safe place delivery option, the courier may leave the parcel in that location if you are unavailable.
Once the parcel is delivered to the selected safe place, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Packaging & Gifts
Your lessden.shop order will be securely packaged to ensure products such as:
• Clips
• Hangers
• Ceramic plant pots
• Plastic plant pots
• Ceramic mugs
arrive safely.
If your order is a gift, you may include a gift message during checkout. Price details will not be included in the package.
For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser of the order.
